Dawn Patrol Blend

About This Coffee

This blend is roasted darker than most offerings and is made up of coffees lower in acidity, leaning towards a classic rich, sugary and chocolatey profile. It features coffees from Las Isabellas in El Salvador, Halo Beriti in Ethiopia, and Donas do Cafe in Brazil. The blend uses both washed and natural processing methods for the Brazilian and Ethiopian components. This incredibly approachable blend is layered with very mild fruits and basic acidity, sourced and blended to be deep and creamy without too much roast-y edge. The flavor profile includes dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, dried fruit, and plum notes with smooth, classic descriptors.
