DAYBREAK is a natural-processed coffee from Shantawene, Bensa, Ethiopia, produced by Daniso Horsa at 2,200 meters altitude. The varietal is 74158, processed using anaerobic natural fermentation. This floral and fruity coffee features flavor notes of strawberry and cream candy, berry compote, peach, and jasmine. Suitable for all filter brewing methods, the coffee opens up significantly as it cools.
