A naturally processed single origin coffee from the Hamasho Farm, produced by Daye Bensa in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, at altitudes between 1,920 and 2,020 meters above sea level. The varietal is 74158, an heirloom Ethiopian cultivar. Roasted light/medium specifically for espresso, the cup is floral and fruit-forward with a rounded, sugary-sweet character. Tasting notes include Orange Candy, Peach Tea, Malt Biscuit, Vanilla, and Jasmine. Cup score: 87.25.
