Deborah Afterglow is a natural-processed Gesha from Finca Deborah in Panama’s Chiriquí highlands (perched above 1900 m). The lot is dried on a custom three-tiered bed system, producing layered fruit and floral character with tasting notes of strawberry, peach, rose, and a honeyed sweetness. Roast profile leans toward a filter-style roast with a light–medium body and bright, expressive acidity.
