Deborah Terroir is a Panama Gesha from Finca Deborah in the Volcán region, grown above 1900 metres. The coffee is a Gesha variety processed using a classic washed method—cherries are pulped with reduced water use and dried on raised beds. The cup is clean and bright with delicate floral aromatics, a tea-like structure, and stone-fruit sweetness that yields a nuanced, refined, and expressive profile.
