This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Rio Sucio region in Caldas, Colombia, grown by the Siruma Coffee farm at an altitude of 1600-2000 meters. It consists of Castillo and Colombia varieties. The coffee is processed using a natural sugar cane decaffeination method. It features a flavor profile of orange cake, cane sugar, and white tea, offering a balanced and pleasant cup suitable for evening consumption.
