Produced by 24-year-old Angie Hernandez, it features Typica variety beans processed using 90-hour Mossto Anaerobic fermentation followed by on-farm ethyl acetate decaffeination. Grown at 1950 MASL, this light roast delivers vibrant notes of raspberry, candy, banana, and herbal characteristics.
