This decaffeinated espresso is processed using the sugar cane decaffeination method. The coffee features tasting notes of dates, caramel, and cocoa. It is freshly roasted and packaged in 12oz (340g) bags.
Spencer Turer founded Dripp Coffee in 2012 in Grinnell, Iowa, naming the operation after an abbreviated take on drip coffee and the pour over method. The roastery and coffeehouse on Broad Street serves as a community gathering space with art displays, live music, and open mic nights, drawing a mix of Grinnell College students and locals. Coffee is roasted in house in small batches, sourced through Fair Trade, organic, and direct trade channels from Central and South America and Africa. A second location in downtown Des Moines expanded the reach beyond the small college town.
