Andina Cafe / Saxonville Mills Cafe & Roastery

Saxonville Mills Cafe and Roastery opened in August 2018 in the historic Saxonville Mills neighbourhood of Framingham, Massachusetts, backed by parent company Andina Distributors, which was founded in 2012 by Colombian coffee growers in the Greater Boston area. The operation sources 100% Arabica beans directly from family farms and micro lots in Risaralda, Colombia's premier coffee region, including registered growers from Procafes and the Finca Flor de Apía farm. Processing relies on wet washing and sun drying without pesticides, and the medium roast offerings carry organic certification. The roastery is visible to customers through glass viewing areas inside the café, and the business maintains direct trade relationships with over 100 producers to ensure fair compensation for the highest quality crops.
