It is made from Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties grown at 1400-1700 meters altitude. The beans are processed using the Ethyl Acetate sugarcane method, which gently extracts caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural characteristics. The coffee offers flavors of toasted nuts, syrup, and lemonade with a light to medium roast profile.
