This decaffeinated coffee is from Finca Los Nogales in Huila, Colombia, produced by Oscar Hernández in the third generation of family coffee cultivation. The farm is located on steep mountain slopes. The beans were decaffeinated using a subcritical CO2 process. The coffee features stone fruit notes and is described as complex and interesting, suitable for espresso or with milk. Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025).
