A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Colombia's Nariño region, specifically Buesaco, grown at 1700–2200 MASL. The high altitude causes slower ripening, resulting in greater complexity, light acidity, and a full mouthfeel. Processed using the Sugarcane Decaf method, which extracts only caffeine while preserving all other flavors. Varieties are Caturra and Pink Bourbon. Flavor notes include caramel, vanilla, and raisin. Lightly roasted.
