About This Coffee

This light roast coffee is produced by small holder farmers in Buesaco, Nariño, southern Colombia, cultivated at 2000-2100 meters above sea level. The beans are washed processed and decaffeinated using the EA sugarcane process, a solvent-based method derived from sugarcane or beets. The coffee features a vibrant acidity with flavor notes of lemon, raisin, and oatmeal raisin cookies, with baking spices and tamarind in the aroma.
