Decaf El Trebol is a decaffeinated specialty coffee from the Santander Women Association in Santander, Colombia. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra and Colombia, processed washed and decaffeinated locally using the sugarcane EA method. The cup is silky with medium to full body, subtle acidity and pronounced sweetness with notes of almond, caramel, orange, peach and honey; available as espresso roast in developed or medium profiles.
