This Honduran coffee is from Renato Sanchez's La Cidra farm. The coffee is decaffeinated using the EA Decaf process, which adds a soft sweetness to the hazelnut notes while amplifying the inherent toffee notes. The coffee has a moreish mouthfeel.
Square Mile Coffee Roasters was founded in 2008 in London by James Hoffmann, the 2007 World Barista Champion, and Anette Moldvaer, the 2007 World Cup Tasters Champion. The roastery operates from Walthamstow in East London. Sourcing is built on long term direct relationships with producers, supported by forward buying and pre financing to ensure stability and fairness across the supply chain.
