About This Coffee

This is a decaf coffee from the Araponga region of Brazil, contributed to by local farmers. The varieties are Catuaí and Bourbon. It is processed using pulped natural method and decaffeinated with a natural extract from sugar cane plant. The coffee is roasted on the darker side to bring out heavy body and strength. Flavor profile includes toffee and milk chocolate notes, described as strong, rich, and smooth. It is versatile for cafetiere, stovetop/moka pot, or espresso and works well both black and with milk.
