About This Coffee

This is a decaffeinated Ethiopian coffee from Shakisso Farm in the Guji highlands. The coffee is organically certified (Bio) and processed using the washed method. Decaffeination is achieved through the CO2 supercritical carbon dioxide process, which removes at least 97% of caffeine while preserving the coffee's original flavor profile. The farm is led by Haile, who has been instrumental in transforming Guji into a prominent coffee region through establishing washing stations and drymills in collaboration with cooperatives.
