This decaf blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Guatemala, Kenya, and India. The coffee underwent gentle subcritical CO2 decaffeination in Bremen, Germany. The medium-dark roast provides pleasant sweetness without overly strong roasted aromas. It has a medium to high body with flavor notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and nougat. The blend has been the flagship coffee in ViCAFE espresso bars since 2010, offering a consistent taste profile. Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025).
