Decaf Mexico

About This Coffee

This is a decaffeinated coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico, specifically from Angel Albino Corzo. The beans are sourced from 79 member farms of the El Triunfo environmental preservation group. Processing uses the Mountain Water decaffeination method, which is organic certified and removes 99.9% of caffeine without using chemical solvents. The coffee is Arabica variety and maintains its sweetness, aroma, and clean aftertaste despite the decaffeination process. This product is sold as green (unroasted) beans.
