This is a decaffeinated coffee from Mexico using the EA (Ethyl acetate) natural process. Quality coffees are selected from smallholder coffee growers in Mexico and are soaked in Ethyl acetate (EA), a naturally occurring organic compound found in sugarcane, to gently remove caffeine. This process preserves the original characteristics of the coffee, highlighting notes of apple, shortbread, and Dutch cocoa powder.
