This water-processed decaf is bold and rich with very little acidity. Flavor notes include chocolate cookie at the beginning, roasted hazelnut in the middle, and a chocolatey sweet finish with dark chocolate aftertaste. The coffee is certified Organic and Fair Trade. Royal Select Water Decaf coffee is sourced from lots selected based on cupping evaluations, using a water process method that expands the beans and extracts caffeine using a solution concentrated with coffee solubles to preserve the coffee's particular flavor.
