This is a USDA Organic certified decaffeinated coffee using the water process method. During the water process, green coffee is pre-soaked to expand the beans, then introduced to a concentrated coffee soluble solution that draws out caffeine while minimizing flavor loss. The coffee is then redried and rebagged. The flavor profile features chocolate, vanilla, and a velvety texture. The coffee is nutty, full-bodied, and rich.
