This decaf coffee is from El Yalcón in La Plata, Colombia, produced collectively by 36 small to medium-sized farms at altitudes above 1,500 meters. The coffee uses Caturra and Typica varieties and is processed using the sugar cane decaffeination method, which allows the coffee to retain more of its original character while removing caffeine. The result is a juicy, bold, full-bodied cup with sweet, well-rounded flavors and a clean finish.
