This is a decaffeinated Brazilian coffee from the Cerrado region, naturally processed using the CO2 decaffeination method. The coffee is sourced from small producers at altitudes of 900-1000 meters and features the Catuai variety. It has flavor notes of dark chocolate and caramel with a medium body and low acidity. The coffee scores 81 points on the SCA scale and is 100% arabica, free from chemicals.
