This is a decaffeinated Colombian coffee from the Huila region, grown at altitudes between 1200-1800 meters above sea level. The coffee features Castillo and Caturra varieties. Decaffeination is performed using the CO2 supercritical method, an efficient and ecological process that extracts caffeine while preserving flavor compounds. The CO2 is recyclable and reusable in the system.
