This blend combines Brazilian and Peruvian coffees with a medium+ roast level. The Brazilian component comes from Fazenda Faxina farm in São Sebastião do Paraíso, produced by Edmar de Souza Rezende at 900-1,000 meters altitude. It features Yellow Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties processed naturally. The Peruvian component is from the Yamón district, produced by women farmers in the El Palto Mujeres program. It includes Catimor, Caturra, and Typica varieties, washed processed, and is certified organic. The blend offers chocolatey and sweet flavor characteristics without bitter dark roast notes.
