About This Coffee

This coffee is a Wolisho variety from the Gedeo region in Ethiopia, grown at altitudes consistently above 2000 meters. The high elevation results in slower growth and pronounced aroma development. It is a fully washed coffee processed at the Kochere washing station, produced by a cooperative. The coffee features clear flavor notes of mulberry, almond, and acacia blossom, with a clean cup profile suitable for all brewing methods.
