This coffee is produced by Carlos Moreno and processed at Don Eli Wet Mill in El Llano de La Piedra, San Marcos, Tarrazú, Costa Rica. The Catuai variety is grown at 1800-2000 meters above sea level. The white honey process involves pulping and mechanical de-mucilaging, followed by drying on raised beds for about 12 days with frequent hand-turning. The coffee features clean fruit characteristics with notes of candied orange, dried apricot, maple, and maple almond toffee.
