About This Coffee

This coffee originates from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, grown at elevations between 1700-1900 meters above sea level. It features mixed heirloom varieties and is processed using the natural method. The 2025 harvest delivers flavor notes of mango gummy, peach hard candy, blood orange, and cocoa crisp. The coffee is roasted to a medium dark level. DOORA Coffee is a new label under ALO, led by Tamiru Tadesse and Messi Berhanu, which won first place in the Ethiopia Taste of Harvest washed category in its debut 2024/25 season.
