This coffee is a single-origin Brazilian bean from Sul de Minas, with varietal Yellow Bourbon. It is processed naturally, grown at 1,000–1,200 masl, and features Roasted Almond, Raisin, and Caramel notes. Fazenda Salto, a 30-hectare family-run farm in Três Pontas, provides the provenance; the coffee is sold in 250g retail boxes.
