About This Coffee

This espresso blend combines Brazilian Catuai and Indian Old Paradenia varieties in a 60/40 ratio. The Brazilian component is pulped natural processed from Fazendas Dutra, while the Indian coffee from Ponya Estate is fully washed. Both coffees are roasted separately as single origins and blended after roasting. The blend features a classic nutty-chocolate profile without pronounced bitter flavors and low fruit acidity. The Brazilian component is grown at 1250m and the Indian at 1470m altitude.
