The blend features Caturra, Bourbon, and Marsellesa varieties, all processed using the washed method. Medium roasted to be lighter and nuttier than Night Owl blend, it offers milk chocolate, graham cracker, and nutty flavors. The espresso shot has an aroma of chocolate-covered almonds and creates a balanced cup when paired with milk.
