This coffee comes from Tributos del Ota, a micro-mill in Santa Maria de Dota, Tarrazu, Costa Rica. The mill was started by Enrique Romero Chacón when he was only 19 years old. He wanted to improve the coffee from the family farm Finca Don Joaquin and has been improving the entire process since 2017. The variety is Milenio, a hybrid often grown for its sweet character. Flavor notes include almond, orange, and sweet nougat.
