This coffee comes from Finca Buenos Aires, a specialty coffee farm in El Salvador owned and operated by the Coffee School Project. The beans are cultivated at 1,600 meters altitude and are of the Marsellesa variety. The coffee is processed naturally and roasted to a medium level. The coffee exhibits sweet, plum, and fig flavor notes. Purchasing this coffee supports the Coffee School Project, which provides training to local farmers in sustainable cultivation and sales practices.
