This contemporary espresso blend is composed of 80% Colombia Rio Grande and 20% Colombia Pink Bourbon. The coffees are carefully and lightly roasted to unlock their full potential. The blend features sweet, fruity and chocolatey characteristics with nuanced and balanced multi-dimensional acidity, candy-like sweetness and a rich chocolate body. This espresso also works as a filter or drip coffee.
Geoff Polci, a certified Q Grader whose coffee journey spans two decades, founded Stereo Coffee Roasters in Toronto in June 2018. Polci first roasted coffee in 2004 at a restaurant in Costa Rica and went on to run a series of cafes and co own another roasting company before launching Stereo. The roastery focuses on sustainable, traceable coffees from single farm producers, with a particular commitment to sourcing from women and Indigenous communities. Polci brings a hands on approach to quality, and his Q Grader certification underpins the sourcing and roasting decisions across the lineup.
