Ecuador Finca Cruz Loma Geisha from San Jose De Minas, Pichincha, produced by Galo Morales. This washed-process Geisha varietal features hand-picked and selectively sorted cherries fermented in open tanks for 72 hours, then dried on raised screen beds for 18-25 days. The coffee presents tasting notes of canned peaches, cherry candy, and lime zest with sparkling acidity and ripe fruit flavor.
