Geisha coffee from El Árbol farm in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia region of northern Nicaragua. The farm is operated by Claudia Lovo and situated at 1150-1300 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries undergo pre-fermentation in an oxygen-free environment followed by slow drying in shade. This Geisha variety is available in extremely limited quantities. Flavor profile features ripe peach, mango, and yogurt notes.
