El Cambalache is a single origin coffee from the Dipilto region in Nueva Segovia, northern Nicaragua. The farm is operated by Samuel Zavala, who lives there with his family and mother Olga. The coffee grows at an altitude of 1220-1400 meters above sea level. This Maracaturra variety is an unusually large bean. The coffee is processed using the honey method and features flavor notes of plum, muscovado sugar, and refreshing acidity. The relationship with this producer has been maintained since 2016.
