El Cambalache Washed is a Nicaraguan coffee from the El Cambalache farm, grown by farmer Samuel Zavala in the Dipilto locality of the Nueva Segovia region at 1,350 meters altitude. It features the Maracaturra variety, known for its exceptionally large beans and refined structure. Processed using the washed/wet method, the flavor profile includes yellow melon, apple, and cane sugar with a chocolate finish. Light roast with gentle body and lower acidity, suited for filter preparation.
