Murnauer Kaffeerösterei

About This Coffee

El Castillo is an espresso blend combining 70% Arabica beans from Fazenda Rainha in Brazil and 30% Robusta beans from Vietnam. The Vietnamese Robusta is "wet polished" — a special treatment where beans are polished in a drum while moist, removing the outer skin layer — resulting in a homogeneous bean appearance and a notably milder, more refined flavor profile compared to unwashed Robusta. The blend offers a nutty-chocolatey, full-bodied character with notes of chocolate, nuts, and nougat.
