About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee comes from Finca El Diviso in the Huila region of Colombia. Produced by Adrian Lasso and his family, who have been operating the farm for 27 years, growing coffee at altitudes between 1650-1800 meters above sea level. The coffee features Caturra and Castillo varieties processed using an advanced natural method. The farm spans 16 hectares and works with approximately 50 families covering around 200 hectares, processing coffee in three micro-mills. Flavor profile includes ripe fruit, cherry, winey notes, and tropical characteristics.

Harmony Roasters

Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
