El Injerto [Ethiopia Washed]

A washed heirloom coffee grown at Finca El Injerto in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, produced by the Aguirre family (Arturo Aguirre Escobar). The farm sits at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,920 meters, benefiting from mineral-rich soils and a cool microclimate that promotes slow, even cherry ripening. The flavor profile features peach and plum with a milky chocolate roundness and a delicate black tea finish. Roasted for filter preparation.
