A Geisha variety coffee from the El Limo farm in Las Vegas, Santa Bárbara, Honduras, grown by Evin Moreno at 1670 masl in deep clay soil. Washed processed with two rounds of anaerobic fermentation and shade-dried for 28 days. Harvested March–April in a lot of 4 bags of 69 kg. Tasting notes of lemon, hops, and florality with a sweet and delicate character.
