El Mirador is a washed Bourbon coffee from Finca El Mirador, located in the remote Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown by the Lopez family (producer Jose Alberto Lopez Armas) at 1500–1720 meters altitude. Harvested December through March, this coffee is roasted for espresso with a rich body, balanced acidity, and a coating praline-like mouthfeel. Flavor notes include praliné, pistachio, and Turkish delight, with floral and perfumed aromatics. Sourced through Primavera Coffee and versatile across multiple brew methods.
