This coffee is from El Morito producer in Jalapa department, Guatemala. Grown by farmer Jose Roberto Monterroso Pineda, it features the Pacamara variety processed using the washed method. The coffee offers flavor notes of nougat, grapefruit, and citrus, with medium sweetness and body, and medium-high acidity.
