A single origin washed coffee from Gaitania, Tolima, Colombia, produced by Tres Rayas Cooperative as part of Equation Coffee's Starts with Soil initiative. Grown at 1550–2100 masl, this Grade 1 Arabica features Caturra, Castillo, Cenicafé, and Colombia varietals, harvested in November 2021. Medium roasted with tasting notes of dried fruit, chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel. Cup score of 82.75. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
