This coffee is a Sidra variety grown by Sebastián Ramírez on the El Placer farm in the Quindío region of Colombia at an altitude of 1,750 meters. It is processed using the Red Honey method. The flavor profile features notes of red plum, grapefruit, and hibiscus, offering floral clarity, deep sweetness, and a tea-like elegance. This coffee is well-suited for filter brewing methods.
