A natural-processed single-origin coffee from Finca El Mirador, processed at the El Puente washing station in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, at 1,680 meters altitude in Pitalito. Produced by Elkin Guzman and supported by the Clearpath Coffee El Puente Project, which connects 214 smallholder farmers to the specialty coffee market. The coffee is 100% Arabica with various cultivars, offering a flavor profile of strawberry, hibiscus, and papaya. Roasted for espresso preparation.
