A single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca El Mirador, processed at the El Puente washing station in Palestina, Huila, grown at 1,680 meters altitude in Pitalito, Huila. Produced by Elkin Guzman and sourced from 214 smallholder farmers supported by the Clearpath Coffee El Puente Project, founded in 2018. Naturally processed, 100% Arabica, with flavor notes of strawberry, hibiscus, and papaya. Roasted for filter preparation methods including AeroPress, Chemex, and French press.
