It is a honey-processed coffee, hand-picked and sun-dried on raised beds. The flavor profile is sweet and vibrant, featuring notes of orange, strawberry, jasmine, coffee flower, and milk chocolate. This microlot is produced by Armando Guardado and is suitable for filter brewing methods.
